Important for you as an employer

In one important point we stand out from other competitors who have a comparably high standard for their work and the success of their clients. There, as a rule, a large part of the fee agreed with the client is due before fulfilment. In contrast, our fee claim only originates after we have successfully worked for you. This means for you: no advance payments when the assignment is commissioned, no installments when a shortlist is presented. A fee is only due when you have found a suitable candidate out of our proposals and a contract of employment has been signed by both parties. We can operate in this way because we are specialized, efficient and professional.


Important for you as a candidate:

If you come to us as an applicant, no costs are incurred for our services in connection with filling a specific vacancy. Naturally, we will also work with the greatest care and prudence in your interests. We would like to help you to take positive impulses for your future from your cooperation with us.


Special application advice and application training

Do you have the need for advice and an analysis of your professional situation independent of a specific vacancy we manage? Are you no longer happy in your job? Do you need a sparring partner who can show you ways and options to help you find a job and other career-related issues? Are you unsure whether you are well prepared for job applications and interviews? Or do you simply need someone to prepare your application documents or to optimize your CV and cover letter with regard to a specific position?Have you not applied for a job for a long time? Perhaps you are a graduate and want to prepare yourself for the application situation? Or are you applying to employers in Germany for the first time and are not familiar with the specifics of the application process? In these cases, too, we will be happy to provide you with advice and support.


We take the time to talk about your professional situation. We will analyse your current situation, help you develop an application strategy and highlight your strengths. Together we will find suitable examples and evidence to communicate your competencies clearer and more effective and prepare your application documents accordingly. We "practice" the application situation and job interviews with you, also in English, confront you with frequently asked questions or with situations that you will be asked in assessment centres. We charge an hourly fee for this service in the context of application coaching. We will be happy to discuss the arrangement together with you in a first free preliminary talk.
