We know the business world from all these perspectives and from our own activities, so we know what is important. Identifying and evaluating professional knowledge is only one aspect of the search for the appropriate candidate. Equally important is the assessment of social, communicative and, increasingly, intercultural competence. This includes several years of experience in HR consulting and placement and knowledge of the instruments and processes in the areas of executive search, direct approach, business social media, advertisement-supported search, coaching and outplacement. We dispose of several years of experience in this field.
Based on our own professional experience from various industries in different countries and cultures, we can also take linguistic and intercultural requirements into account. This enables us to create situation- and behaviour-specific interview conditions and to conduct the interview with applicants, specialists and experts from abroad who are not yet sufficiently familiar with the German language and local customs, for example in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
